Dietary Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dietary Services Manager to oversee culinary and dining operations for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Wichita Falls, TX. Dietary Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily culinary operations while maintaining high standards for meal quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and train kitchen and dining staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Manage regulatory compliance, sanitation, state survey readiness, and adherence to therapeutic and texture-modified diets.
• Partner with facility leadership and clinical nursing teams to deliver personalized resident dining experiences.
• Control operating expenses, labor, purchasing, and inventory to maintain financial alignment with account budgets.

Dietary Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of food service leadership experience within skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospital environments.
• Deep operational knowledge of healthcare food service regulations, dietary restrictions, and kitchen management.
• Proven track record of stabilizing operations, building team culture, and driving accountability.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts/Food Service Management preferred.

Compensation Package Details

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 for qualifying candidates
