What You'll Do

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll be part of a highly collaborative graphic design team responsible for bringing the Stampin' Up! brand to life across a variety of channels.

One day you might be creating social media graphics or digital promotions. The next, you could be preparing photography assets for our online store, organizing files, improving workflows, or supporting large scale marketing initiatives behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design. Success comes from being able to balance artistic thinking with detailed execution, shift comfortably between priorities, and understand how great design contributes to broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for our online store, promotions, social media, and other digital platforms
• Understand and execute the Stampin' Up! brand through compelling visual storytelling
• Prepare and export design deliverables for digital platforms
• Support creative operations through organization, asset management, workflow improvements, and process efficiencies
• Participate in team brainstorms, design critiques, and project reviews
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment
• Partner closely with marketing, writing, photography, and cross-functional teams
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
• Pursue ongoing professional and personal development

Requirements

What You Bring

• Portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, hierarchy, and visual communication
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, illustration, web design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience creating designs for web and social media platforms is a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, implement feedback, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
