At Fresenius Kabi, we are committed to improving the quality of life of patients around the world. As Director Global Marketing Homecare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the global marketing agenda for our Homecare business.
Your Responsibilities
Build and shape the global marketing roadmap for Fresenius Kabi Homecare, from insight generation to asset creation, market activation and performance follow-up.
Prioritize marketing investments across global Homecare campaigns, launch support, toolboxes and communication assets.
Strengthen global branding, customer and patient experience, commercial activation and growth across enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition and adjacent homecare offerings.
Develop scalable marketing concepts, toolboxes, campaigns, launch materials and communication assets that countries can adapt locally.
Lead the value proposition definition, messaging and positioning frameworks.
while respecting local legal, regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
Lead cross-functional execution with Portfolio, Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Digital, Communications, Legal/Compliance and country teams Especially regarding home page and social media
Track adoption, market feedback, implementation progress and commercial contribution of key marketing assets to continuously improve future campaigns and launch support.
Promote best-practice sharing across global teams and ensure alignment with the Fresenius Principles and company culture.
Your Profile
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in healthcare, medical nutrition, MedTech, pharma or related B2B/B2B2C marketing roles.
Leadership capabilities and proven track record in global or regional marketing, brand strategy, campaign development and launch excellence.
Experience in homecare, medical nutrition, patient services, market access or chronic care settings is strongly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical marketing actions and executive-ready recommendations.
Excellent understanding of operational marketing, brand management, promotional compliance, claims governance and approval processes in healthcare.
Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence in a complex matrix organization.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel internationally occasionally and to maintain regular on-site presence in Bad Homburg.
