Within the framework of RISE (Romanian Initiative for Strategic Expansion), Airbus is significantly scaling its footprint and operational excellence in Romania.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic architect of our local success story. Your Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring & Partnering: Act as a trusted consultant to local leadership and hiring managers, assessing talent needs, creating compelling job profiles, and aligning recruitment with business growth.
RISE Strategy Execution: Drive the talent ramp-up for the Romanian expansion, managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, and strategic profiles.
Innovative Sourcing & Pipelines: Define proactive sourcing strategies using modern channels, AI tools, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage both active and passive top talent.
Assessment & Selection: Screen applications, conduct interviews, apply modern assessment methodologies, and guide selection decisions to ensure strong cultural alignment with Airbus values.
Global-Local Alignment: Collaborate with Group HR functions and transnational Employment Communities of Practice, ensuring local recruitment aligns with global guidelines and Romanian labor law compliance.
Employer Branding & Early Careers: Act as an Airbus brand ambassador at university fairs and industry events.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
Professional Experience: Proven track record in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (around 3–6+ years), ideally within a matrix-organized international corporation (aerospace, high-tech, or engineering preferred).
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Scaling & Ramp-Up Mindset: Demonstrated experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting, ramp-up projects, or organizational growth initiatives.
Digital Savvy & Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills in direct sourcing techniques, ATS management, digital recruitment trends, and talent market mapping.
Local Compliance & Legal Awareness: Knowledge of Romanian employment practices and hiring regulations to ensure fair and compliant hiring practices.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Romanian is mandatory for local candidate interactions and transnational collaboration.
Values Alignment: High alignment with Airbus core values (Customer Focus, Integrity, Respect, Creativity, Reliability, and Teamwork).
