Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Job Expectations include overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for key payments programs which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations.
Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program.
Ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost.
Manages financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
Coordinates and facilitates the program routines – e.g., kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
Manages program financials and supports resource planning
Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Qualifications:
Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines.
Usage of JIRA to define and track Program PI vision using deliverables and Epics for service providers and effective dependency management.
In dept understanding of Financial management using Financial reports to track program funding allocation and track variances.
Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
