- Prepare and present treasury analysis, forecasts, and reporting to senior leadership
- Support capital markets activities, including debt issuances, credit facility renewals, and covenant compliance
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Fleet teams to align treasury strategy with broader business objectives (e.g., RPD/Utilization targets, EBITDA goals)
- Maintain and improve treasury policies, controls, and systems in compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements
- Lead or support special projects, including M&A due diligence, licensee financing arrangements, and system implementations
- Mentor and develop junior treasury staff
Perks You’ll Get:
- Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance
- Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions
- Full training to learn the business and enhance professional skills
- Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars
- Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CTP a plus
- 7+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets experience
- Experience with asset-based lending or fleet/equipment financing strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cash management, FX/interest rate hedging, and debt capital markets
- Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience operating in a global, multi-currency environment preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
