Senior Manager, Treasury Strategy & Middle Office

You will be responsible for the following: 

1. Treasury Strategy, Funding & Investments

• Develop and recommend the Group's funding, liquidity, and capital management strategies.
• Support the design and implementation of an effective Asset-Liability Management (ALM) framework.
• Advise business leaders on optimal funding structures and liquidity planning.
• Evaluate financing alternatives for strategic business initiatives, investments, and expansion opportunities.
• Support treasury investment strategies to maximize returns while maintaining appropriate liquidity and risk levels.
• Monitor funding requirements and recommend strategies to optimize the Group's capital structure.

2. Treasury Middle Office & Financial Risk Management

• Monitor and assess financial market risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks.
• Develop financial risk dashboards and reports for senior management and executive decision-making.
• Design and implement hedging strategies to mitigate market risks associated with the Group's operations.
• Support treasury risk governance by monitoring compliance with approved treasury policies, limits, and risk appetite.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analyses to assess the financial resilience of business units under various market conditions.
• Identify emerging market developments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

3. Treasury Analytics & Business Partnering

• Partner with Business CFOs, Corporate Finance, and Treasury to provide strategic financial insights.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends, capital markets, and regulatory developments affecting treasury operations.
• Prepare reports, financial analyses, and recommendations for executive management and relevant governance committees.
• Support strategic planning exercises through financial modeling and treasury analytics.

4. Governance, Capability Building & Special Projects

• Conduct training sessions on treasury management, financial markets, foreign exchange, interest rate management, and financial risk topics.
• Keep stakeholders informed of changes in financial markets, treasury practices, and regulatory developments.
• Participate in treasury transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Lead or support strategic and cross-functional projects assigned by management.

We are looking for:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Economics) is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Risk Management, or Banking.
• Experience in funding, liquidity management, capital markets, treasury operations, or investment management.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, or a highly regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
