Job Description
We are hiring a Strategy Director to help shape bold communications strategies that drive meaningful growth for some of the UK's leading brands. This is an opportunity to influence business outcomes by turning complex challenges into clear, insight-led media strategies that inspire clients and teams alike. Working alongside experienced strategy leaders, you'll champion ideas that combine creativity with commercial thinking and measurable effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Develop communications strategies that translate business objectives into ambitious, measurable media plans.
- Lead strategic thinking across client accounts, ensuring every recommendation supports long-term business growth.
- Partner with client leads and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated strategies that inspire confident decision-making.
- Champion campaign effectiveness by defining success measures, evaluating performance and applying insights to future work.
- Provide clear strategic direction that keeps teams aligned from planning through to activation.
- Mentor planners and contribute to the development of strategic capability across the wider agency.
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, improve ways of working and drive innovation across the business.
Qualifications
- Experience developing media or brand strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect data, insight and creativity into compelling recommendations.
- Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and present ideas with clarity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret evidence and translate it into practical action.
- Collaborative approach with a passion for building relationships and supporting the success of others.
- Curiosity about people, media and the evolving communications landscape, with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
- Proactive, adaptable and motivated to create work that delivers lasting value for clients and the agency.
