Client Manager - Marine

We will count on you to:

• Provides day-to-day service to clients in Marine/ Cargo industry to ensure that their risk management needs are appropriately met

• Managing and servicing existing portfolio, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from existing clients and elsewhere

• Assisting in the design of insurance solutions to meet client needs and ensure client satisfaction

• Responsible for the execution of the renewal strategy in accordance with client instructions

• Coaching supporting staff to deliver timely and focused customer service

• Observing, implementing and enforcing operation policies and procedures

• Implementing action plans prepared by supervisors to meet team goals and targets

What you need to have:

• University or college graduate in maritime law, international shipping or transport logistics

• Qualification in ANZIIF or ACII is preferable

• Possesses solid insurance brokerage, account management, servicing and sales skills

• At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in insurance with Marine insurance market knowledge is essential

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build and forge strong relationship with major market partners

• Proficient in written / spoken English and Chinese. Able to understand/ speak Putonghua is of preference

• Good PC Skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Ambitious, solution focus and with strong skills in client relationship management
