Overview
US Conec is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning strategies that strengthen employee capabilities and leadership effectiveness. This role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop impactful learning programs that support performance, career growth, succession planning, and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs
- Assess skill gaps and create scalable learning solutions that support employee growth across all levels of the organization
- Build and maintain a structured learning roadmap that supports onboarding, leadership development, technical training, compliance, and professional development
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programs for emerging and established leaders
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to strengthen management effectiveness, leadership capability, and succession planning efforts
- Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of training programs across multiple learning formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning platforms
- Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with business objectives and employee development needs
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to support performance management, development planning, internal mobility, and career growth initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, accountability, and professional development throughout the organization
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training records, and learning administration processes
- Monitor training participation, completion rates, compliance requirements, and learning outcomes
- Establish and track key performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements
- Analyze employee feedback, training results, and business performance indicators to enhance learning initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational change, workforce development, and strategic talent initiatives
- Stay current on learning and development trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve programs and learner experiences
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Proven experience designing, facilitating, and managing leadership development programs
- Strong training facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies
- Strong project management, organization, and program execution skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using data to drive program improvements
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Haves
- CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) certification
- CHRMP certification
- Experience supporting succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives
- Experience leading organizational change management or workforce development programs
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial environment
- Familiarity with talent management and performance development processes
