You will help manage access, respond to security-related concerns, support alarm and badge processes, and provide exceptional customer service using clear communication and technology. Pay Rate: $22.82 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and clients at a retail and mall location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional first point of contact, greeting visitors, providing directions, and responding to routine inquiries.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and following established sign-in and access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Assist with monitoring front-desk communications, receiving and documenting requests or concerns, and reporting unusual activity or security-related issues according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
