Description
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from understanding workforce requirements to securing candidate acceptance and supporting a smooth onboarding journey. Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the role will focus primarily on frontline and operational positions, managing approximately 130 to 150 successful hires each year. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, combining market insight, proactive sourcing and data-led decision-making to deliver strong recruitment outcomes. You will also contribute to an inclusive candidate experience, employer visibility and the development of sustainable local talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to assess immediate and future staffing needs, refine role profiles and determine the most effective recruitment approach. The role will create engaging job advertisements, establish objective assessment criteria and design structured interview frameworks. It will manage vacancy publication across suitable platforms, including Hellowork, France Travail and Talentsoft, while conducting direct outreach through telephone, email, SMS and relevant employment networks.
The Recruiter will review applications, lead initial telephone or video interviews and evaluate candidates against essential criteria such as experience, availability, mobility and salary expectations. The position will prepare clear candidate summaries, present focused shortlists and coordinate subsequent interview stages, while advising hiring managers and gathering timely feedback. Every applicant will receive a prompt and professional response throughout the process.
The role will support offer discussions, follow each recruitment process through to acceptance and ensure that requisitions are accurately closed within the applicant tracking system. It will maintain recruitment dashboards, monitor key performance indicators and use tools such as Power BI to identify opportunities for improvement.
You will also test new sourcing methods, enhance vacancy communications, build talent communities by role and region, and represent the organisation at recruitment events, job fairs and educational institutions. Strong partnerships with schools, employment organisations and local labour-market stakeholders will form an important part of the position.
Requirements
The successful candidate will bring proven recruitment experience, preferably gained in high-volume operational environments such as food services, facilities management or hospitality. Strong knowledge of the complete hiring cycle is essential, including sourcing, initial assessment, candidate selection, offer management and requisition closure. Practical experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Talentsoft or a comparable solution, and familiarity with job platforms such as Hellowork and France Travail will be highly valued. Confidence in working with recruitment data, performance dashboards and analytical tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms is also required.
This opportunity calls for a service-oriented professional with a strong business-partner mindset and the confidence to advise and challenge internal stakeholders constructively. The ideal profile will demonstrate excellent sourcing and structured interviewing capabilities, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. A data-driven approach, attention to recruitment KPIs and a genuine commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will be essential. Strong interpersonal communication, responsiveness, professionalism and composure will enable the Recruiter to provide an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
