## About the role
As a Student Assistant in Key Account Management, you will work closely with the KAM team and support our partnerships with retailers across the Nordics. Alongside varied day-to-day tasks, you will take ownership of defined responsibilities and projects, giving you hands-on experience in commercial coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
## Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure that customer requests and deadlines are met with the required materials and information.
- Support the biannual master data registration process by preparing and delivering key materials such as planograms, price lists, order sheets, and data templates.
- Conduct assortment and catalogue analyses, identify root causes of data issues, and maintain accurate product information in SAP.
- Update trade plans by brand and campaign.
- Maintain distribution changes and new store openings in SAP.
- Take ownership of communicating changes to launch dates, product codes, and pricing between brand teams and customers.
- Coordinate point-of-sale marketing materials between brand teams and customers.
## Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or have just started a master’s degree
- Strong Excel skills is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Very comfortable working with data and digital systems (experience with SAP or similar tools is a plus)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional Nordic language is an advantage)
