- Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
- Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverable
- Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight
- Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value
- Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and workstream management
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent
- Minimum 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting
