OVERVIEW:

The Director of Corporate Operations is a trusted strategic and operational partner to the senior management team. This role drives the execution of enterprise-wide priorities, ensures alignment across functions, and brings structure, rigor, and follow-through to the senior management team’s agenda. The Director serves as a connective layer across the organization—translating strategy into action, managing high-stakes communications and initiatives, and enabling senior leaders to focus their time and attention on the highest-leverage priorities. Given RxSight’s status as a public company, this role also requires strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential and market-sensitive information.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Execution & Operating Cadence
  • Partner with the senior management team to set, track, and drive the enterprise operating rhythm, including quarterly business reviews, board meeting preparation, executive leadership team meetings, and offsite planning.
  • Translate executive priorities into structured project plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability; proactively identify and resolve execution gaps.
  • Own the senior management team's strategic agenda tracker, ensuring cross-functional initiatives stay on schedule and escalate risks early.
  • Executive & Board Support
  • Schedule executive leadership team meetings, prepare and distribute agendas and supporting materials, and track decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare, edit, and quality-control board of directors materials, investor-facing content, and executive communications in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations.
  • Coordinate logistics, agendas, and follow-through for board meetings, leadership offsites, and all-hands/town hall meetings.
  • Draft and refine high-stakes internal and external communications on behalf of the senior management team, ensuring tone, accuracy, and appropriate handling of sensitive company information.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as a liaison between the senior management team and functional leaders (Commercial, Finance, R&D, Regulatory/Quality, HR, Legal) to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and resourcing.
  • Run point on special projects spanning multiple departments, including strategic partnerships, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Provide cross-functional support for meetings by coordinating participants, gathering departmental input, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on decisions and action items.
  • Represent the senior management team's office in cross-functional meetings, ensuring decisions are documented and action items are driven to closure.
  • Organizational Effectiveness
  • Partner with HR and People Operations leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Support succession planning, leadership team effectiveness, and culture initiatives in collaboration with the senior management team and VP of Global HR.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline decision-making, reduce organizational friction, and improve operating efficiency across the senior management team.
  • Information Management & Decision Support
  • Synthesize data, market intelligence, and cross-functional input into concise briefings and recommendations for the senior management team.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion, particularly in areas involving material non-public information.
  • Anticipate the senior management team's needs, proactively surfacing issues, opportunities, and blind spots.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational execution.
  • Discretion and sound judgment with confidential and market-sensitive information.
  • Structured problem-solving and project management rigor.
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management across functions and seniority levels.
  • Adaptability and composure in a fast-paced, high-growth public company environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • None initially; may oversee project-based or cross-functional teams.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a chief of staff/executive support capacity, ideally within a publicly traded or high-growth medtech, life sciences, or healthcare company.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a public-company environment, with a working understanding of board governance and how to responsibly handle confidential or market-sensitive information.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board- and investor-level materials.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously with a high degree of organization and follow-through.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority across all levels of the organization.
  • Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system.
  • The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • None required

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, ERP, and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research, drafting, and data synthesis.
