Description
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail distribution account based in Haslet, TX. Routes begin and end at the Distribution Center, running a mix of local and overnight runs across TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN, and MS.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Frequent Home Time: Home every day to every other day depending on your scheduled route.
- Pre-Loaded Freight: All freight is pre-loaded by the customer (2 to 4 stops per load).
- Driver Unload Assist: Use a hand pallet jack to move pallets to the tail of the trailer; store personnel offload with forklifts.
- Delivery Windows: Daytime delivery windows primarily between 0600 & 1800, Mon–Sun (dispatch pick-ups available 24/7).
- 24/7 Yard Access: Distribution Center terminal yard is accessible 24/7.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Mileage Pay: $0.55 – $0.63 CPM based on experience
- Average weekly pay $1,130-$1,300
- $20 per stop.
- Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage active after 30 days.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL & current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum 3+ months of tractor-trailer experience.
- Must reside within 80 miles of Haslet, TX.
- Ability to run 11-hour shifts or 70-hour clocks based on customer demand.
- Responsible for verifying correct pallet offloading at each store stop.
