Sales & Patient Conversion Specialist

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice looking for a high-performing Remote Sales & Patient Conversion Specialist to join the team.

 

This is not a traditional appointment-setting role. The primary objective is to generate revenue by following up with leads, converting consultations into high-value treatments, and reactivating existing patients who have previously expressed interest but never booked.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales-closing experience within the med spa, aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare space and be confident discussing treatments and guiding prospective clients toward making a purchasing decision.

The role will initially be part-time (approximately 20 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the practice continues to scale.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with new inbound leads via phone, SMS, email, and CRM
• Qualify prospective patients and understand their treatment goals
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and confidently close high-ticket treatment packages
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet committed and overcome common objections
• Reactivate dormant and previously lost leads from the existing patient database
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell appropriate treatments and packages
• Maintain consistent follow-up sequences to maximize conversion
• Manage and update lead and patient information within the CRM
• Track prospects through the sales pipeline and ensure no opportunities are missed
• Coordinate appointments once a client has committed
• Maintain excellent communication and a premium client experience throughout the sales process
• Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, conversion rates, and opportunities to improve the sales process
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales and patient coordination when required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a sales closer, preferably within a med spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare environment
• Demonstrated ability to sell high-ticket services or treatment packages
• Comfortable handling sales conversations over the phone and through messaging
• Confident, persuasive, and personable without being overly "salesy"
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Highly proactive with excellent follow-up habits
• Comfortable working toward revenue and conversion targets
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the sales pipeline
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Experience working with a CRM; GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is highly preferred
• Comfortable learning and discussing aesthetic treatments and services

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a natural closer who understands the med spa customer journey.

You should be commercially minded and motivated by results, while still being empathetic and professional when dealing with patients. You understand that selling aesthetics is about understanding what a client wants, building trust, educating them appropriately, and helping them feel confident in their decision.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have previously sold high-value aesthetic treatments, packages, memberships, or procedures, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to booking appointments.

Performance & Growth

This position has a strong performance-based component, with commission opportunities tied directly to closed revenue.

The structure is designed to reward candidates who consistently generate results:

• 5% commission on closed revenue
• 8% commission when achieving 10+ deals per month
• 10% commission on successfully reactivating leads from the existing patient database

There is significant opportunity for the right person to grow with the business and transition from part-time to full-time as patient volume increases.

Schedule

• Part-time: approximately 20 hours/week to start
• Flexible scheduling around the practice's needs, with availability during key sales and patient-contact hours
• Potential to progress to full-time as the business grows

• More consultations turn into paying patients
• High-value treatment packages are being closed
• Old and dormant leads are being reactivated
• The practice has fewer missed sales opportunities
• The owner is no longer the bottleneck for sales and follow-up
• Revenue generated by the role consistently exceeds the cost of the hire
