Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively support operational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in creating detailed process documentation and business requirement specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and enterprise resource planning systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
