As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic growth team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and target potential enterprise clients (hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, etc.) through structured cold outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and tailored email campaigns.
- Qualification & Discovery: Engage with key decision-makers, understand their operational pain points, and qualify prospective leads to build a healthy pipeline.
- Opportunity Handoff: Schedule qualified discovery calls and demo meetings for Account Managers(AMs) / Business Development (BDs)/ Sales Managers, ensuring smooth handoff and complete context.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities, prospect details, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure transparent data and reporting.
- Market Insights: Gather feedback from initial conversations to help refine value propositions, scripts, and target account lists in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
