Description
We are expanding our remote team and seeking Travel Advisors who enjoy helping people, researching options, and turning ideas into well-organized travel plans.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to learn about their interests, budget, preferred destinations, and expectations. You will use that information to research suitable options, coordinate selected arrangements, and provide support throughout the planning process.
Travel requests may include cruises, resorts, domestic and international vacations, group trips, celebrations, tours, transportation, excursions, and other experiences. Because every client is different, this opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and personalized service.
Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Discuss travel needs, preferences, dates, and budgets with clients
- Research destinations and available options based on individual requests
- Compare resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and activities
- Provide clients with relevant options and recommendations
- Coordinate reservations and review booking details for accuracy
- Organize confirmations, itineraries, and other important information
- Track deadlines and outstanding client needs
- Maintain accurate digital client records
- Communicate updates and answer questions throughout the planning process
- Provide pre-departure information and follow-up support
- Continue developing destination, supplier, and industry knowledge
- Build positive relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable researching information online
- Ability to learn new systems and digital platforms
- Good time-management and prioritization skills
- Professional and dependable when communicating with clients
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to complete training and continue learning
- Customer service, hospitality, sales, administrative, or other client-facing experience is beneficial but not required
