Description
The Growth Enablement Manager will drive strategic business initiatives focused on accelerating growth, improving operational effectiveness, enhancing business performance, and enabling leadership decision-making through data-driven insights. The role will lead key workstreams across business operations, governance, financial performance management, workforce planning, productivity initiatives, and transformation programs within Reinvention Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Growth Enablement initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence
- Drive business planning, performance tracking, and executive reporting across key business priorities.
- Develop and manage governance frameworks, leadership reviews, and operational scorecards
- Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, Delivery, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Build business cases, performance dashboards, and growth-focused analytics.
- Support workforce planning, organization design, and resource management activities.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities through automation, AI adoption, and process simplification.
- Manage program execution, risk tracking, stakeholder communications, and action management.
- Coach and mentor Associate Managers, Analysts, and junior team members.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Finance, Strategy, Transformation, or PMO functions.
- Proven experience managing complex business programs and strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
- Experience in governance, reporting, business analytics, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred.
