We're hiring a Senior Technical Lead to own, end-to-end, one of the most technically diverse systems in telecom software: a Near-RT RIC platform that ingests live radio-network telemetry and makes automated control decisions in well under one second, coordinated across 50+ interdependent microservices. You'll operate across the entire stack — from the SCTP/ASN.1 wire protocol that talks directly to the radio network, through a custom low-latency message bus routing thousands of messages between services, to the Redis-backed stateful data layer that keeps the whole system consistent under load. If you're equally comfortable in a C++ debugger chasing a race condition and in a system-design conversation about how 50 services should talk to each other, this is that role.
