Waters Corporation is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Wilmslow.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Processing fixed asset and intercompany invoices
• Managing supplier queries and building strong vendor relationships
• Reconciling supplier statements and supporting account maintenance
• Updating purchase order records and supporting SAP processes
• Performing general ledger account analysis
• Processing weekly supplier payments
• Supporting Accounts Payable projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting with ERP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system testing
• Producing ad hoc reports and administrative support as required

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Desirable:

• German language skills
• SAP experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba
• Accounting qualifications (or studying towards one)
