​Commercial Support Specialist

Responsibilities:​

• Support commercial planning, forecasting, and business operations
• Coordinate order execution and help ensure business objectives are achieved
• Provide business insights and operational support to commercial teams
• Collaborate across functions to improve processes and customer experience
• Support contract, pricing, and commercial program administration
• Participate in business readiness and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in commercial support, customer service, sales operations, or related roles
• Experience supporting commercial processes, business operations, or customer-facing activities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in business reporting and data analysis tools
