Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of an HR Coordinator:
- Onboarding: Guide newly hired employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Audits & Projects: Assist with annual audits and special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR practices.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
- Health Insurance: Manage health insurance enrollments, ensuring employees have access to the benefits they need.
- Resource & Backup: Act as a backup and main resource to other HR Coordinators, offering support and expertise.
- Claims Handling: Handle unemployment and worker compensation claims with professionalism and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other HR coordinators and team members to address human resource needs.
