What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected Pulmonary and Critical Care practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established and growing team of 5 Pulmonologists/Intensivists and 5 APPs, with expansion to support St. Peter in Wichita
- Call structure: 1:5
- Practice setting: Mix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonary medicine
- Opportunity to participate in the continued growth and development of an expanding Pulmonary and Critical Care service
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with experienced APPs, nursing, respiratory therapy, and specialists across the health system
- Opportunity for academic involvement and clinical teaching through relationships with medical education programs, as applicable
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of complex pulmonary and critical care conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Provide comprehensive critical care services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to medically complex patients
- Participate in procedures and diagnostic services within the scope of the practice and physician training

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date orjob transfer date required.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Additional Preferences
- Fellowship training in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
