The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

## Your Responsibilities

As a Part time Student Manufacturing Engineer for Foundry Operations located in Waterloo, Iowa, you will:

• Participate in developmental assignments to gain Foundry experience.
• Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply information to support issue resolution.
• Assist in investigations and corrective actions and leverage innovative ideas to improve manufacturing issues.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas

## What Skills You Need

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering/Technology or a related technical field
• Must be registered as a full-time student at local US accredited university/college
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and have a collaborative mindset
• Graduation date of May 2028 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Ability to work 16-20 hours during the academic year
• Ability to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, IA on a daily basis year-round
