WORK MODEL: On-site

SALARY: €930 gross/month, paid 14 times a year + €2,000 welcome bonus
KEY INFORMATION
- Work model: On-site in Braga
- Schedule: Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00 (rotating shifts), Saturday 08:00–15:00
- Days off: Sunday + one rotating day – no night shifts
- Gross salary: €930 per month, 14 salaries per year
- Location requirement: you must already live in Portugal, within 50 km of Braga
ABOUT THE POSITION
Join a global customer experience company in Braga as a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor. You'll help customers in French with their questions and requests, as part of a friendly and dynamic team.
WHAT WE OFFER
- €930 gross per month, paid 14 times a year
- €2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during your first year

REQUIREMENTS
- Native or C2-level French, with no accent
- Already living in Portugal, within 50 km of the Braga office
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Right to work in Portugal
