About the Hiring Group
We are currently seeking a Senior Culture & Experience Consultant to design and deliver integrated initiatives that strengthen enterprise culture and employee experience and help employees, leaders, and teams navigate change, strengthen connection, and perform effectively.
Working as a generalist across culture, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise change, the role also provides deeper expertise in one or more portfolio areas, such as employee listening, belonging, or change and organizational development.
This role combines consulting, facilitation, data and insights, communications, and program execution to translate enterprise priorities into practical, measurable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise culture, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives.
- Translate organizational priorities, culture aspirations, and employee insights into practical programs, experiences, tools, and leader interventions.
- Consult with HR and business leaders to diagnose needs, recommend integrated solutions, and support significant organizational change and enterprise initiatives.
- Design and facilitate workshops, listening sessions, focus groups, team interventions, and other experiences that strengthen connection, collaboration, role clarity, and effectiveness.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative employee data, organizational insights, research, and leading practices to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure impact.
- Lead projects and workstreams from concept through implementation, communications, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, toolkits, resources, and leader enablement materials that support understanding, adoption, and sustain new ways of working.
- Build partnerships across HR, Communications, business functions, and enterprise stakeholders to advance shared culture and experience priorities.
- Serve as a portfolio lead, subject-matter resource, or key contributor in one or more areas, including employee experience and listening, belonging and connection, or change and organizational development.
- Contribute flexibly across the Culture & Experience portfolio as organizational priorities, team capacity, and business needs evolve.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of related experience, Master's degree and 12 years of related experience, PhD and 8 years of related experience. Relevant fields may include Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business, Communications, or a related discipline Strong consulting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to connect enterprise priorities, employee needs, and organizational insights to practical, integrated solutions. Strong facilitation, communication, influence, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Demonstrated program and project management capability, including managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, identify patterns, and translate insights into recommendations and measures of impact.
- Working knowledge of culture, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, belonging, and change management principles.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, learn quickly, and adapt portfolio responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
