Overview
As a Senior FP&A Analyst in Portfolio Management, you'll develop financial models to forecast portfolio performance, analyze servicing profitability, and support strategic decision-making. You'll partner with Portfolio Management, Servicing, and Capital Markets teams to identify business opportunities and risks. The role requires 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in mortgage servicing or portfolio management, strong Excel skills, and understanding of mortgage economics. You'll prepare executive reports, perform scenario analysis, and collaborate on portfolio acquisitions and capital deployment strategies.
