Business Systems Analyst - TechnologyOne Finance

PSG have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a leading clients Business Solutions team, supporting enterprise applications and driving business improvement across a large and diverse local organisation.

This role combines business analysis, application support, and project management, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to optimise business processes, enhance system capability, and deliver successful technology-driven change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, document solutions, and support the delivery of system enhancements.
• Provide application support for enterprise systems, including troubleshooting, user support, training, testing, upgrades, and vendor management.
• Lead or coordinate small to medium-sized IT projects and system/module implementations.
• Design and improve business processes, workflows, and reporting solutions.
• Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across corporate applications.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and change management activities.
• Develop documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Work closely with business units and software vendors to resolve issues and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, Application Support, and IT Project Management.
• Experience implementing and configuring enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, systems analysis, testing, and change management.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capability in complex application environments.
• Experience with TechnologyOne ERP, CRM, or HCM platforms is essential.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSRS reporting highly desirable.
