About the Role
The AI-driven medical billing company disrupting healthcare billing is looking for an AI beast — someone who lives and breathes building with AI tools and can turn ideas into real, production-ready solutions. This isn't a research role or a prompt-engineering gig; it's a hands-on builder position where you'll be creating the AI-powered tools that transform how this company operates.
Key Responsibilities
AI Tool Development
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools tailored to the company's internal and client-facing needs
- Translate business and operational challenges into automated, intelligent solutions
- Own projects end-to-end from concept through production
Platform Integration
- Integrate AI tools into the company's broader healthcare billing software ecosystem
- Work alongside the CTO and technical team to align AI development with platform architecture
- Ensure tools are scalable, reliable, and built to last
Continuous Innovation
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI frameworks, models, and tooling
- Identify new opportunities to automate workflows and eliminate manual processes
- Bring a builder's mindset to every problem — if it can be automated, build it
Qualifications
- Proven experience building and deploying AI tools in a production environment
- Strong engineering fundamentals — this is a builder role, not a theorist role
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI frameworks, and modern development tooling
- Experience working in or alongside SaaS or healthcare tech a plus
- Self-directed, fast-moving, and obsessed with building things that work
