We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity, business goals, and market trends. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. This position reports to the General Manager.

THE ROLE: 

The responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the various divisions’ business objectives and priorities.

• Preparing and effectively managing the marketing budgets.

• Developing and executing corporate social responsibility initiatives.

• Creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth.

• Effective management of the company’s social media pages, websites and ecommerce platforms.

• Analysis of campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, engagement, conversions and survey feedback.

• Preparing and presenting marketing reports to the senior management team.

• Leadership of the marketing team. Ensuring that the team is adequately developed and trained to execute their tasks at the highest level.

• Building and nurturing strong, professional relationships with key media contacts to ensure positive coverage and ongoing collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho, Power BI etc.).

• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives.

• Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners and vendors.

• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively.

• Ability to stay ahead of AI trends in marketing and implement innovative solutions that improve performance and customer engagement.

• Ability to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
