Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role focuses on coordinating campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and ensuring projects move smoothly from intake through delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication between cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in managing marketing requests, tracking project status, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Help gather and analyze campaign performance data, providing basic insights and reporting support.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and internal systems to support operational efficiency.
- Assist with content updates, proofing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support list management, email scheduling, and campaign setup as needed.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to support team initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing channels and campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, email marketing tools, CMS platforms).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar).
- Exposure to marketing analytics or reporting tools.
- Experience working in a cross-functional marketing or creative environment.
