Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious recruiter to take over a well-established Accountancy and Finance recruitment team in Ipswich. Covering Suffolk and the surrounding area, you'll recruit across accountancy roles on a temporary and contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an established client base, active vacancies and a strong reputation in a thriving market, all backed by Reed's award-winning brand, training and technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement

• Building relationships with marketing, creative and digital hiring managers

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-calibre candidates

• Developing new business and growing existing client partnerships

• Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike
