Ribbons & Reeves are an Education Recruitment specialist, based in London Liverpool Street, and we are looking for a vibrant, proactive new Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!

 

Recruitment Consultant

• Base salary starts at £30,000, increasing depending on experience
• Realistic earnings in first year to DOUBLE basic salary
• Uncapped Bonus Structure, with no threshold to get over before earning bonus/commission
• Clear promotion criteria from Day 1, through the transparent Ribbons & Reeves Career Pathway
• Experienced Recruiters and people with proven Sales experience are encouraged to apply
• Inexperienced applicants will be considered for Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles (base salary is £27,500)
• Be supported by an experienced team, giving you the backing and the tools to succeed quickly

You must have;

• Winning mentality and a hunger to make business happen
• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or transferrable Sales experience
• Ability to build relationships with people
• Strong written and spoken English
• Motivation to achieve and exceed targets
• A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and resilience!
