£28,000 - £33,000 + uncapped commission

The branch is home to one of Reed's top-performing consultants and is led by a Senior Area Manager with over 20 years' service at Reed, giving you access to exceptional coaching, industry expertise and proven success.

Whether you're an experienced recruiter or someone with a strong sales background looking to build a rewarding career, you'll be joining a team known for high performance, collaboration and long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Generating new business opportunities across the Yorkshire market

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy brief through to placement

• Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates

• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates

• Building your own customer base and market presence

• Working towards achievable targets and maximising your earning potential
