This role focuses on sourcing and placing candidates to blue and white collar construction/engineering vacancies. It is a fast paced environment managing multiple roles at a time country wide.Working closely with the BD Manager, you will ensure seamless CRM updates and attend weekly sales meetings to align strategies and report progress, source blue collar and white collar candidate and opportunities, resource suitable candidates using your own network and tools provided.Experience:Proven experience in a 360 Recruitment or 180 recruitment role within the recruitment industry, with a focus on construction sectors.Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Experience in the construction or engineering industry as a Resourcer or Recruiter.Experience using numerous CV searching platforms including job boards, LinkedIn and other social media platformsAbility to write appealing and attractive job adverts for posting online and social media.Technical skillsSourcing candidates, Cold calling, networking, and relationship building.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing pipelines, tracking leads, and generating reports.Strong understanding of resourcing processes, industry trends, and client needs within the construction and engineering sectors.Additional skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence decision-making and close deals effectively.Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges in the sales process and overcome objections.Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.What we provideIn addition to a passion for a strong work-life balance and flexibility/core hours working, you can expect:25 days holiday + bank holidaysYour birthday offAdditional leave purchase schemePrivate HealthcareSalary sacrifice pensionExcellent commission schemeReimbursement towards relevant professional development and membershipsAn inclusive and diverse environment, embracing the variety of cultures, backgrounds and lifestyles of our employeesA focus on safety, health, and wellbeing, prioritising our people through a culture of caring and a network of positive mental health championsOpportunities to give back to our communities through our social value program
