Recruitment Consultant – HR Specialist
Belfast City Centre (Hybrid)
£26,000 to £35,000 + uncapped commission
Own and grow your own HR market
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or B2B sales professional to take ownership of our established HR desk in Belfast. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a warm market with existing client demand, giving you the platform to maximise earnings and build a high-performing desk.
If you are commercially driven, confident in winning business, and motivated by uncapped earnings, this role offers the autonomy and progression you are looking for.
The role
You will operate a full 360 recruitment desk, with a strong focus on business development and account growth:
Build and develop relationships with HR decision makers
Win new business and expand existing client accounts
Source and place HR professionals across all levels
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
Provide market insight, including salary and hiring trends
