Office-based (first 3 months), then hybrid (1-2 days WFH)

If you’re an experienced recruitment consultant who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and growing a successful desk, this is your opportunity to take real ownership of your market.
You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team in a modern Birmingham office (right next to the train station), with the autonomy to shape your desk and maximise your earnings in a high-demand market.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a permanent Accountancy & Finance desk, recruiting across roles such as:
Payroll
Accounts Receivable
Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
Wider finance positions
This is a full 360 role where you will:
Build and grow your own client base
Win new business and develop existing accounts
Become a market specialist across Birmingham and wider B postcodes
Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment (or a similar vertical)
Confidence with business development and winning new clients
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive, driven and resilient mindset
Someone who wants ownership, growth, and strong earning potential
