Your role and responsibilities:
Corporate Technology Center in Kraków we create innovative solutions, implemented in ABB products and systems. It is a unique opportunity for you to join interdisciplinary scientific teams and international projects where expertise, curiosity, and innovation are valued.
As an R&D Engineer – Python Developer in Test, you will contribute to the quality of High Power Rectifiers products through testing the solutions, modules, and functions produced by the R&D teams.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #Linkedin_hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
Development of automated tests in Python for embedded devices
Development of test framework
Development of CI/CD environments
Code maintenance and documentation
Execution the tests at the Hardware in the Loop stands
Qualifications for the role :
Knowledge of Python, PyTest
Experience in development testing frameworks for embedded devices
Knowledge of GIT and network protocols – TCP/IP, OPC DA, OPC UA, SOAP
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jenkins
Basic knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink
Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Interest in Power Electronics
Very good written and spoken English
Nice to have : SEP 1kV
