Position Summary:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
The Centralized Support Team (CST) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is interested in expanding their knowledge of business operations, technology, production support, and application functionality within the Collateral Valuations environment. This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, business process analysis, and system configuration while partnering with multiple business and technology teams across the Bank. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to learn, collaborate effectively across organizations, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, system functionality, and the overall customer experience. This position offers exposure to key applications, technology partners, and business processes that support Collateral Valuations.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
- Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
- Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives
- Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
- Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, execution, validation, and documentation.
- Assist with Production Support activities, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and identification of solutions for incidents received from business partners and support teams.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of business applications and their impact on Collateral Valuations processes and daily operations.
- Partner with technology teams to understand system functionality, enhancements, integrations, and support models.
- Support the ongoing management and maintenance of the CMS platform and related technologies.
- Participate in projects and initiatives impacting Collateral Valuations, including:
- Engagement Letter enhancements and updates
- CMS business configuration changes
- Access Management activities
- Process improvement initiatives
- Operational and technology-driven enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and management to support successful project implementation and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, testing results, and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support continuous process improvement efforts.

Required Technical Knowledge & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge and experience with CMS and related business processes.
- Understanding of the End-to-End (E2E) order flow process.
- General knowledge of Bank applications and systems, including but not limited to:
- VIP
- CaseLink
- AppraisalLink
- Other applications supporting the Collateral Valuations process
- Experience supporting testing, production support, business operations, or technology-related initiatives is preferred.
