1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Extends offers to candidates as directed by Recruiter; distributes offer letters and pre-hire information to external candidates.
3. Ensures accurate offer letter information is created and electronically communicated to HR Support Reps for new hires, transfers and status changes as directed by Recruiter; updates existing offer letters when hiring dates and/or other information changes.
4. Screens applications of candidates as designated by Recruiters.
5. Follows up with leader to ensure timely interview process and candidate notification is completed.
6. Enters all recruitment incentive bonuses.
7. Prepares Recruitment team expense reports and follows up with A/P as needed; effectively and expeditiously processes recruitment related invoices.
8. Tracks RN hiring statistics on a monthly basis for reporting purposes.
9. Coordinates recruitment events as directed by Recruiters.
10. Facilitates relationship with vendors providing collateral/giveaways for career fairs.
11. Collaborates with Hiring Managers on creating requisitions using available protocols; updates existing recruiting protocols and creates new ones as needed.
12. Maintains and updates Recruiting Resources folder on IkeNet.
13. Facilitates posting of approved requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and follows up on in-process requisitions; manually updates ATS for approved requisitions as needed.
14. Performs ‘Super User’ administration of ATS to maintain database integrity.
15. Creates, maintains and updates complex reports, spreadsheets and ATS.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.
