## Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist for John Deere Construction & Forestry, located in Moline, IL, you will play a key role in supporting the Strategic Account Group and ensuring a seamless, consistent customer experience. In addition, you will:

• Manage discount audits, sales approval workflows, and other critical sales processe
• Develop and distribute key communications, including the monthly sales report, ensuring clarity and alignment across team
• Partner with Strategic Account Managers and Sales Managers to deliver a unified and consistent customer experienc
• Support sales efforts by coordinating open orders, tracking logistics, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicin
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards

• Experience working with John Deere dealers and/or customers within the Construction or Agriculture industries

## Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Engineering or equivalent related work experience
