IT & Manufacturing Systems Specialist

As we continue to expand our IT capabilities in Piła, we're building a team of specialists who are passionate about technology and eager to grow. Whether your expertise lies in IT infrastructure and hardware support or in enterprise systems supporting manufacturing processes, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Depending on your background and interests, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and hardware environments
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related incidents and technical issues
- Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and business teams to support critical production systems
- Participating in projects related to digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Supporting, configuring, or enhancing systems used in manufacturing processes
- Working with SAP solutions and manufacturing modules such as:
- Quality Management (SAP QM)
- Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
- Production Planning (SAP PP and SAP PP/DS)
- Production Execution (SAP ME or SAP DM)
- Supporting system integrations between manufacturing applications and enterprise platforms
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into IT solutions
- Contributing to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives
What we're looking for
We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. What's most important is your willingness to learn, develop, and grow within an international environment.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in IT infrastructure, hardware support, manufacturing systems, or enterprise applications
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supporting technologies
- Experience with SAP or other business systems is highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Must-have:
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP QM, PM, PP, EWM, ME or DM, or related modules
- Knowledge of system integration concepts
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
