Description
As a Business Development Executive in our Partnership team, you manage and strengthen relationships with Bobobox's key partners, find new business opportunities and help grow Bobobox's presence in strategic locations. The role combines strategic thinking, relationship management and close work with other teams.
What you will do:
Be the main point of contact for existing partners: meet them regularly, understand their needs, address concerns and build long-term relationships.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance against Bobobox's objectives, and develop plans to retain partners and increase their satisfaction.
Identify and approach potential new partners, and work with the Business Development team to secure strategic locations for new branches.
Support negotiations and help finalise partnership agreements that benefit both sides.
Research the market and assess the business potential of locations (nearby competition, ancillary revenue and other key factors).
Work with Site Planning, Revenue, Business Analytics, Marketing and Operations to align partnership goals with operational plans and run joint initiatives.
Track and report partnership performance metrics, gather partner feedback and recommend improvements.
You will fit in this job if you:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Have at least 4 years of experience in business development, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Have excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills.
Are energetic, data-driven and have strong business acumen.
Enjoy assessing business opportunities and risks.
Are enthusiastic, motivated and positive, and learn quickly.
Hold a valid driving licence (SIM A and SIM C).
Placement: Bandung HQ (hybrid), with frequent travel to partner locations
