Accounts Payable Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain and update accounts payable records and files
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support audit preparations and respond to audit inquiries related to accounts payable
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in accounts payable or finance roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
