As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position demands active collaboration across multiple teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through thought leadership and strategic insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative methodologies to improve delivery outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their capabilities and confidence.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP SuccessFactors and their application in business environments.
- Experience in analyzing client requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions.
- Ability to design and implement best practice business changes using SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
