Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging deep expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through expert guidance and strategic insight. The position demands a proactive approach to bringing emerging ideas to fruition while maintaining strong collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within projects.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on best practices.
- Assist in the development and refinement of delivery methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools related to SAP SuccessFactors.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
