Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and enhance client engagements. This role requires active collaboration with clients to understand their strategic needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. The professional continuously shapes both organizational and client strategies by introducing emerging ideas and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. Engaging in trusted advisor relationships, the role demands clear and effective communication to align technical solutions with business objectives, fostering long-term partnerships and driving impactful change.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies to ensure seamless technology adoption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical, SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
